Volunteers
Napa Little League is a completely volunteer run organization. Without you, the league will cease to exist. The Board of Directors invites you to "step up to the plate" and make Napa Little League your own. If you have a talent, skill, or time, feel free to contact any board member and volunteer where you can. You do not need to be a "board member" to have a big part in the success and direction of Napa Little League.
- Practice good sportsmanship and do not tolerate poor sportsmanship. The spectators are the eyes and ears of the Board of Directors. If you see or hear a problem, speak to any board member. If you are not sure who the board members are, ask your team manager to find a board member for you.
- We are always looking for people to become concession shift managers
- We are always looking to add to our umpire corps, so our team managers do not have to umpire. Training is provided!
- Simply offering to help with the before and after game field maintenance will be a big help to the team.
- If you have an idea, please don't hesitate to offer it. It may be something already considered, but a fresh viewpoint is always welcome and appreciated.
- Read the rule book. If you don't have a copy, you can order one directly from Little League for a nominal fee. The more people that have an understanding of the rules and structure of Little League - the smoother things will go.
